Wolfendale wins Hobart GuineasMiranda Park horse Wolfendale has continued on his winning way, with success in the Hobart Guineas over the Australia Day long weekend.
Beautifully ridden by Dean Yendell, Wolfendale proved himself to be the superior stayer after being challenged in the straight by Double You Tee.
Bred, reared and broken in at Miranda Park, Wolfendale was always a favourite on the farm because of his even temperament and great athleticism.
With three wins from five starts, his next likely target is the Tasmanian Derby and he may have a tilt at the South Australian Derby in May.
